Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m Kentucky born, and southern Indiana raised. I’m a University of Kentucky Wildcat fan (Go Big Blue!). I’m an alumni of Murray State University and University of Kentucky. I enjoy child sponsorship, and I’m big supporter of #BiblicalLiteracy. My favorite child sponsorship programs are Compassion International, Haiti Outreach Ministries, and Eden Ministries.
In 2016, I was a co-illustrator on a children’s book Farmer Herman and the Flooding Barn. The book’s proceeds (100%) went to help CAFO, which helps children in foster care and adoption. The book went on to be a 2018 Christian Book Award finalist. I drew the ducky inner tube for the book. I created this blog with the intentions of sharing my child sponsorship journey, writing book reviews, encouraging readers, and pointing people to know Christ Jesus.
